Obituary Guest Book RICHARD W. NEWMAN Passed away on July 4, 2007 in Fremont, CA. He was born on May 2, 1935 in Salina, Kansas; a member of the U.S. Navy serving in the South Pacific. Mr. Newman worked at Mission Uniform in Hayward for 30 years as a Sales & Service Representative. He enjoyed bowling, golfing and all sports especially NASCAR racing and the 49ers and Giants. He had lived in Pleasanton from 1978 until his passing and a member of the Trinity Lutheran Church of Pleasanton. He is survived by his wife: Carol Holm Newman of Pleasanton; his mother: Irene Newman of Pleasanton; children: Paul Newman of Bellingham, WA; Kerri (Jim) Helton of Placerville; Peggy (Mike) Rennick of Newberg, OR; Jim (Petra) Holm of Livermore; 1 brother: Donald (Rose) Newman of Webster City, Iowa; grandchildren: Krista Rodgers, Stacey Holm, Colin and Molly Remick, Ashlee Bomar and great-grandchild: Taylor Bomar; former wife: Theresa Newman of Valley Springs. His daughter Heidi preceded him death in 2002. Services will be held on Tuesday, July 10, 11 AM at the Trinity Lutheran Church, 1225 Hopyard Road, Pleasanton, CA.
