Son Benjamin Swett made executor, take care of and provide for wife Mary, she to dwell with him. If she is not content, she to have one in my house, the lower room with the cellar under it, and the chamber over it, and one bed and bedding belonging to it, and what other household stuff she has occasion for during the time she lives as a widow. Half the orchard, garden, 2 cows and one swine both summer and winter Benjamin to provide for his mother's benefit, and sufficient corn to make her bread and malt to make her beer, and firewood for her to keep one fire summer and winter, and in case of sickness suitable support and attendance. In case of Benjamin's death or absence, her maintenance to be provided by his heirs. Gives to son Benjamin all houses, lands, orchards, gardens, homestead with all other lands, grants of land rights or interests in land, meadow, marsh in Hampton or elsewhere; also all stock of creatures, tools, implements for who debt due me, all estate belonging to me at my decease,and he not to be imposed upon for the payment the other legacies provided he does it in two years.
