Nathaniel Weare, son of Nathaniel Weare and Sarah Swain. Born 1631, died 1718, 86 or 87 years Nathaniel and Elizabeth lived a few years in Newbury, Essex, Massachusetts, then moved to Hampton in 1662. He was one of the most influencial men in the town and throughout the province. He served as councillor more than 20 years, and he was Chief Justice of the Supreme Court in 1694-95.
